Another Birthday Fun Filled Weekend!

Matt took a half day last Friday (November 16th- his birthday) so he and I could hang out :) We took little V to daycare for a half day and headed down to Belmont Shore! We got a couples relaxation massage from a fantastic place which we somehow keep going to! We've been there 3x in the past 2 months for birthdays and special events. That's a TON compared to what our life USUALLY looks like :) Then we went to one of our favorite restaurants: Magic Lamp! This place is amazing!! If you have been, you'll know what I mean :) We just took our time and relaxed! We walked down second Street and also went to Sweet Jills - Matt LOVES their cinnamon rolls with pecans!!! It was just splendid!

On Saturday morning the 17th we went to Disneyland with a bunch of friends! I won't share too many pictures from this trip because they are going to go in a special surprise for parents (Matt's orders) :) We had a great time though! Violet was so happy! Santa was even there - the BEST looking Santa I've EVER seem!!! We ditched our stroller and just used our carrier and a backpack. This was fantastic because Violet likes to nap in her carrier! So amidst the craziness at Disneyland Violet took three naps! There are actually a lot of rides that babies can go on also!! It's a Small World, Pirates, Winnie the Pooh, everything in Fantasyland (we rode Alice)... The first time we went to its a small world, Violet was asleep... So of course we rode it again! We got to Disneyland around 10:30 and left at 6:30... Only because it started to rain though! We would have loved to stay longer because we didn't even go to California adventure!! Next time! It's nice having friends who work there so we can get in for free! All of the babies had so much fun! We can't wait to go again :)
