Last night while I was making our grocery list for the week I pulled out one of my favorite cook books that I haven't used in a month or so: Back to Basics by Ina Garten (the barefoot contessa). I LOVE this cookbook because it uses really wholesome basic ingredients and makes amazing foods! I often add a few things to the recipes too since they're so simple :) Tonight we had butternut squash, cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic (just cook it in the cloves), fresh sage, pepper, olive oil, and pancetta. All roasted in the oven :) So simple and so yummy!
